We are fully insured. Our shop is safe and secure, and we handle your furniture with utmost care.
ESTIMATES - INDIVIDUALS:
Verbal estimates not requiring paperwork for insurance claims are free of charge and in many casesmay be given instantly. Verbal estimates are valid for 90 days. Note: we need to visually inspect furniture before guaranteeing your final quote. There is a shop minimum of $150.
ESTIMATES - INSURANCE CLAIMS:
Insurance Claim Estimates are $30.00 and are valid for 90 days. We will need to inspect the furniture for insurance estimates. This fee is reimbursable from the insurance company and may be added to your estimate. Note: we have a $150 shop minimum.
PAYMENTS:
Payment is to be made by cash, check or credit card. A down payment of one-third the total amount is due when we pick up your furniture or when you drop it off at our shop. Full payment is due upon completion of work, not necessarily delivery time. There is a minimum of a $50.00 fee for returned checks. Bank charges vary and full reimbursement is expected.
STORAGE FEES:
Storage fees are charged at $20 per day beginning 14 days after notification of job completion.
TURN-AROUND TIME:
Restoration may take days or weeks, and we can tell you the current time, to which we will try to adhere. Most restoration jobs are complete in three weeks.
